Ca de Frati takes its name from an old monastery which once stood here. The old cloister has been transformed into a splendid villa, which is now also an established flower farm. The villa is easily accessible by public transport - just 100 meters away stands the railway station for the town.
The estate comprises 8094 m2 of green area and is completely fenced. You can stroll through the beautifully arranged Italian garden with its many different types of flowers and plants. In the middle of the garden you find a beautiful pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Facilities of the estate include 3 great barbecues with tables and chairs so you can enjoy an evening meal outdoors in this spacious and romantic environment. There is sufficient indoor parking available. The owner also provides gardening courses. The villa has also an amazingly beautiful greenhouse which is rentable upon request for conferences or other social events. Refined stylish furnishings, air-conditioning, central heating, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi, internet are available in every apartment for the best comfort of all guests.
