The Apartments

Our apartments carry the names of flowers, reminder of our flower growing activity. When forming our apartments, we decided to consider functionality, comfort, originality and atmosphere. To have the maximum of functionality, we asked an architect to help us, in this way, even the smallest apartment, 27qm, became a combination of practical and harmonious. This feature is completed by the air-conditioning system, a fully equipped kitchen. We equipped all our apartments with satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system. Visitors will also be delighted to learn that Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the entire residence.

The original feature of the residence consists in making the apartments as different as possible: 11 bathrooms, 11 bedrooms, 8 kitchens and 8 living rooms - all distinctive on a scale from classical/ancient style to modern. An interior decorator friend helped us to make the right choices and to find original solutions to be genuine and refined in the same time. The elegant fabrics of the curtains, the chromatically harmonized sofas and bedspreads of every apartment, together with the sophisticated lightening create the "special atmosphere" of Ca de Frati Residence.

Apartment Narciso

This spacious apartment has an area of 50m² and is located on the first floor. It is suitable for 2 adults plus 2 children. The apartment has a living room with a double bed sofa; a kitchen; a bedroom furnished with a double bed; and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences such as a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and Italian coffee maker. The house is comfortably furnished and has air-conditioning, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a 32 inch TV with satellite connection, DVD player, stereo and wireless internet access.

Apartment Giaggiolo

This large apartment has an area of 55m² and can accommodate 2 adults plus 2 children. Apartment Clematis

This apartment has an area of 80m² and is located on the ground floor. The accommodation is suitable for 4 to 5 persons (If you would like to book this apartment for 5 persons an extra bed can be added). A brilliant painted gate provides access to your holiday home.
