The Italian Garden
The garden of Ca de Frati residence is a modern synthesis of classical Italian gardens. For its implementation the owners used more than 40 varieties chosen exclusively from the abounding native plants of Tuscany; Italian Cypress (Cupressus pyramidalis), Holm Oak (Quercus Ilex) Strawberry Tree (Arbustus Unedo) and Viburnum Tinus are just a few examples. From the large parking rustic chestnut poles gently open the perspective to the garden with the pool of aquatic plants and the beautiful 19th century facade of "Ca de Frati.
In the back side of the building there’s a swimming-pool with staircase access, solarium in stone and a barbecue area under the wide shady arbor of climbing roses and vines. The apartments that overlook the swimming pool are protected by flowerbeds creating natural areas of privacy.
